Regional Sales & Marketing Representative - Healthcare Services

Our client is a rapidly growing mobile vascular care company. They perform in-facility assessments, blood draws, vascular ultrasounds, dialysis access management, PAD treatment, vein care, and amputation prevention services.

Job Overview: Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales & Marketing Representative to expand our presence across the Tampa Bay region. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other post-acute care providers. This is a field-based role requiring regular in-person visits, strong networking skills, and the ability to navigate healthcare environments and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and long-term care providers Build and maintain relationships with administrators, directors of nursing, case managers, and discharge planners Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and facility visits to promote our client’s services Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding Marketing & Territory Management Develop and execute a territory plan for the Tampa Bay market Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community functions Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, campaigns, and service delivery Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for partner facilities Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, or provider relations Experience calling on nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or post-acute providers strongly preferred Strong understanding of the Tampa Bay healthcare landscape is a plus Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Backgrounds Home health, hospice, or healthcare services sales Pharmaceutical or medical device sales with post-acute exposure Healthcare marketing or liaison roles Compensation & Benefits: Our client is flexible/open on compensation structure as this is a new position for this market,
