Title: Regional Sales Specialist
Direct Report: Key Account Manager
Level: Specialist
Conduct periodic meetings with corporate customers assigned to the designated sales channel; perform machine presentations and demonstrations.
Evaluate customer needs within the channel and develop appropriate cleaning solutions.
Increase sales to corporate customers, manage collections for completed sales, and maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
Develop projects aimed at increasing business volume in line with customer needs and demands. Inform customers about new products and services.
Contribute to the development of sales channels.
Conduct initial meetings with prospects who directly contact the Company and ensure proper follow-up.
Coordinate with the direct manager regarding customers identified as key accounts in terms of potential and continuity.
Monitor target audiences, expectations, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the assigned region and report to the manager.
Coordinate with the After-Sales Services Department regarding technical service requests from customers.
Ensure that all sales-related tasks, reports, and assignments requested by the manager are completed accurately and on time.
Achieve sales targets on both a customer and regional basis.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
Preferably good command of English.
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to conduct field analysis and think analytically.
Valid Class B driver’s license and no travel restrictions.
Completion of military service (for male candidates).
