We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling Centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and driving consistent performance across centres.

Role

• Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively.
• Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training.
• Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 0-3 years of work experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales/operations context).
• Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.
