JOB OVERVIEW:

The Regional Trainer partners with regional leadership and supported practices to drive operational consistency, team development, and performance improvement across multiple offices. This role is responsible for delivering standardized training programs aligned with Rodeo’s protocols, enhancing patient experience, and supporting revenue growth through effective execution of best practices.

REPORTS TO: VP of HR

SCHEDULE: This position requires a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as business requires – including evenings and weekends.

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in dental operations within a multi-location or DSO environment
Proven experience in training, coaching, or leading teams across multiple practices
Strong understanding of DSO metrics, including production, collections, EBITDA drivers, and patient retention
Proficiency with dental software platforms (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) and reporting dashboards
Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, OSHA) across multiple sites
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage priorities across multiple offices and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training for team members across supported practices
Ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures, workflows, and brand standards
Collaborate with Regional Directors, Practice Managers, and HR to identify training needs and performance gaps
Coach teams on patient communication, case presentation, scheduling optimization, and insurance processes
Support adoption and utilization of Rodeo’s systems, including practice management software and reporting tools
Conduct routine in-office audits and performance assessments to ensure compliance and efficiency
Analyze KPIs (production, collections, case acceptance, reappointment rates) and provide actionable coaching plans
Lead rollout of new initiatives, technologies, and process improvements across the region
Maintain training documentation, learning modules, and SOP updates within the company’s framework
Travel to supported offices to provide hands-on training and support (75%)
Compensation Range $62k-$72k

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
