The Regional Training Director will lead the implementation, and continuous improvement of technical training programs across a designated region. This role is responsible for ensuring training content is effective, engaging, and aligned with both global learning frameworks and regional business needs. The Director will also focus on identifying customer-facing training needs and applying modern learning methodologies to deliver high-impact online and in-person training solutions.
    Lead the creation, execution, and evaluation of technical training programs across the region.
    Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and update content and materials.
    Ensure all training aligns with global learning frameworks while being customized for regional relevance.
    Deliver and support engaging learning solutions in online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.
    Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs, and performance data.
    Identify and manage external training partners, certification bodies, or vendors as needed.
    Stay current with industry trends in adult learning, e-learning, instructional design, and technical training.
    Ensure training complies with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Align with internal company Area Sales Managers and distributor partners to facilitate successful project training processes.
    Develop and expand machine recalibration and light repair offerings in the field to customers.
    Facilitate product and machine trainings as needed to support the teams coverage efforts.
    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education, or a technical field.
    7+ years of experience in the industry or company, with deep product and installation knowledge.
    Prior experience in instructional design, technical education, or corporate training preferred.
    Knowledge of competency assessments and adult learning principles.
