About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Training Manager to lead capability-building, sales training, and SOP implementation across our jewellery retail operations.
Responsibilities

Conduct training on product knowledge (Gold, Diamond, Gemstones), sales skills & customer service.

Drive onboarding programs, grooming standards & operational SOP training.

Identify skill gaps through store audits and performance analysis.

Strengthen sales performance through coaching, role-plays, and refresher sessions.

Ensure 100% compliance in processes, billing, safety & stock handling.

Prepare training dashboards, reports & feedback summaries for management.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 4+ years of training experience in the jewellery industry.

Strong communication, presentation & people-handling skills.

Ability to travel as required within the region.

Hands-on knowledge of retail operations and customer experience best practices.
