Position Summary:
Anchor Loans is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to lead and expand Residential Transition Loan (RTL) origination production within an assigned geographic region of the West Coast. This leadership role will oversee both borrower direct (retail) originators and third-party (broker/indirect) business development professionals responsible for sourcing RTL opportunities through real estate investors, mortgage brokers, lenders, and strategic referral partners. The RVP will be responsible for driving regional production growth, market expansion, client acquisition, sales team development, and profitability, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and credit quality standards.

This is a remote position with the opportunity of travel. Travel throughout assigned region up to 50%.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
