We're hiring a full-term Registered Nurse at Al Sahm Al Thahabi Home Medical and Health Care Services in Al Ain.Benefits are: Ticket - completion of 2 years contract
Annual Leave Pay - 30 days (Full amount), Visa and Medical Insurance, BLS

Role and Responsibilities
ASSESSMENT - Conduct thorough head to toe assessment on each patient at home visit on the shift. For ex:

- Pain assessment

- Nutritional status

- Bed ridden patient for skin integrity

- Fall assessment

Conducts age specific assessment of patients.

Provides age specific monitoring of patients.

Provides age specific management of patients requiring special care.

Assesses patients/family’s health education needs and intervenes accordingly.

Completes re-assessment of assigned patients by utilizing nursing process to identify care needs and documents it accurately in the appropriate form.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
