Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Description:

We are looking for passionate, energetic and motivated staff to join our team of highly skilled therapists. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will use the methodologies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), Incidental Teaching (IT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to conduct individual treatment sessions, collect data, and monitor student progress. Our highly qualified and trained staff work passionately to improve the lives of children with autism and their families.

On a day to day basis, our Behavior Therapists/RBT's conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with children who have been diagnosed with autism and/or other related developmental disorders. Our therapy is designed to meet the needs of the families we serve, with a primary focus on social, communication, behavioral and self-help goals. Behavior Therapists/RBT's are responsible to implementing programs and behavior plans as written by the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Our BCBA works very closely with the Behavior Therapists/RBT's through weekly supervision/training and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High School Degree is required

- Bachelors Degree is preferred.

- Active RBT certification (Preferred)

- CPR certification will be required upon completion of training.

- Available weekdays (Sessions begin between 8:00-9:00 am and end between 4:00-6:00 pm)
