Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking kind, patient, and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. If you're empowered by helping children reach their potential, we'd welcome the opportunity to meet you!

Requirements:

Age:

• 18+ years old

Education:

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field (preferred, but not required)

Experience:

• 1+ years working with children with special needs (preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!)

Certification:

• RBT, BCAT, or similar certification (preferred but not required — we will support you in getting certified!)

Other:

• Passion for working with children in preschool, elementary, or middle school settings
• Ability to pass state & federal background checks
• Reliable transportation & ability to lift 25 lbs.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct Support: Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Treatment Plans: Implement personalized treatment plans to help children develop essential life skills.
• Behavior Management: Use proven behavior management techniques to foster emotional and social growth.
• Collaboration: Document progress and work closely with families to ensure the success of our clients.
• Training: Engage in ongoing training to expand your skills in ABA therapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
