Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Home-Based ABA Program

We are a behavioral health agency in Houston, TX seeking experienced, motivated, and professional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.

Responsibilities

· Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes

· Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

· Apply evidence-based behavioral intervention and teaching strategies

· Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress

· Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and other team members

· Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding client progress and goals

Qualifications

· Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (required)

· Previous experience providing ABA services (required)

· Educational background in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related human services field (preferred)

· Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently while following clinical direction

Position Details

· Pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience

· Employment Type: Part-time and full-time positions available

· Service Setting: Home-based ABA services
