What You’ll Do as an RBT:

• Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings

• Follow customized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA

• Accurately collect and record data on client progress

• Foster strong relationships with clients and their families

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on client success

• Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified—we’ll help you get there)

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

• Ability to pass a background check and complete required clearances

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area

• Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference

Schedule & Location:

• Location: O'Fallon, St. Louis, St. Peters surrounding areas (services provided in-home, school, and clinic settings)

• Hours: Flexible scheduling available; full-time (30–40 hours/week) or part-time options

  • • Rapid Onboarding for 11-2 PM Monday-Friday, additional hours available.
