RBT/Teacher's Aide for 1:1 Special Needs

Pay Range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to provide one-on-one support to a student with special needs. This position is ideal for someone interested in education, behavioral support, or therapy-based services.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with a student to support learning, communication, and social development
• Follow individualized plans created by a multidisciplinary team, including educators and therapy providers
• Help reinforce skills across different environments, including classroom and community settings when applicable
• Implement structured teaching and behavior support strategies under clinical supervision
• Collect and record behavioral and skill-based data during each session
• Maintain accurate documentation, including session summaries and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Background in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (degree completed or in progress)
• Experience supporting individuals with special needs is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed plans while remaining flexible to student needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
