This is more than just a "sitting gig"—we are looking for a consistent, professional caregiver who genuinely loves the infant stage and wants to be a vital part of a child’s development for at least the next 12 months.

If you are an "early bird" who takes pride in your work and enjoys having your afternoons free, we would love to hear from you.

  • The Perks: Guaranteed Pay (you are paid even when the family is traveling).
  • Location: Central Florida (Orlando / Lake Nona area).
  • Status: Part-Time / 1099 Contractor.

What the Days Look Like

You will be the steady hand that starts the day off right for the baby and the household:

  • Core Infant Care: Managing the morning routine, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining a consistent nap schedule.
  • Active Development: Engaging in age-appropriate play, reading, and supporting the baby as he reaches key milestones.
  • Outdoor Time: Taking the baby on daily walks (weather permitting) to ensure he gets fresh air.
  • Household Support: Performing light tidying in the nursery and common play areas while the baby naps to keep the environment calm and organized.

  • Communication: Strong, clear communication skills are essential for providing daily updates.
  • Pet Friendly: The home has cats, so you must be comfortable with feline roommates.
  • Requirements: Must be a non-smoker, have a valid driver’s license, and have a reliable vehicle for a consistent commute.

Why Apply?

This role offers the rare combination of high-level stability and a schedule that leaves your afternoons wide open. You’ll be working with a professional, welcoming family that values your expertise and treats you as a professional partner in their child’s care.
