Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Private Practice | Tarzana

We are a friendly, private dental office in Tarzana (1 doctor + 1 hygienist) seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team!

This role is perfect for an RDA who enjoys taking ownership of the clinical flow while bringing a positive, lighthearted energy to the workplace. We believe great dentistry happens in an environment where professionalism and fun go hand-in-hand.

What We’re Looking For:

• California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
• Experience in a lead or senior chairside role preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to guide back-office workflows
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor – enjoys working in a fun, supportive team
• Excellent chairside manner and patient care focus
• Reliable, organized, and a strong team player

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead chairside assistant to the doctor
• Assist with all clinical procedures
• Oversee treatment room flow, setup, and breakdown
• Support team coordination and clinical efficiency
• Maintain high standards of patient care
