Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future as the practice continues to grow.

Current Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM

We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused dental assistant with a strong clinical background and a passion for creating an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
• Comfortable with intraoral scanning and digital dentistry workflows
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Team-player mentality with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during a wide range of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency
• Capture radiographs and digital records
• Perform intraoral scans and assist with digital workflows
• Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental
• Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
• Assist front desk with patient communication
• Support a positive and collaborative team culture
