Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an RDA who is:

• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable assisting on a variety of procedures
• Proactive with room turnover and clinical flow
• Detail-oriented with strong infection control standards
• Confident communicating with patients
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused

Minimum one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting
• Room setup and breakdown
• Digital radiographs
• Coronal polishing
• Sterilization and infection control
• Supporting efficient schedule flow
• Contributing to positive patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current RDA License
• X-ray certification
• Coronal polishing certificate
• CPR certification
• Strong communication skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time position – 5 days per week
• $30–$36 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities
