Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Dental Nurse with at least 2 years of experience working in the UAE to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be DHA-licensed or eligible, highly professional, patient-focused, and experienced in supporting dentists and specialists across general dentistry and aesthetic dental procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support
- Assist dentists and specialists during all clinical procedures, including general dentistry, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry, orthodontics, and endodontics.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and equipment in accordance with DHA infection-control standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment notes in the clinic management system.
- Ensure operatory rooms are fully prepared before and after procedures.
- Take and process digital X-rays (OPG, Periapical, Bitewing) if licensed/trained.
- Provide chairside support ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Patient Care
- Welcome patients, prepare them for treatment, and provide post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support dentists in managing anxious patients in a calm and reassuring manner.
Stock & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels for dental materials and instruments.
- Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining proper storage according to clinic protocols.
- Track expiry dates and ensure compliance with DHA storage standards.
Infection Control & Safety
- Comply with all DHA infection control guidelines and clinic SOPs.
- Perform sterilization (autoclave) cycles and document logs.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal (sharps, biomedical waste, chemicals).
Administrative Tasks
- Support reception team when required, including booking appointments and updating patient files.
- Assist with insurance documentation or pre-approvals (if needed).
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the clinical areas at all times.
RequirementsEducation & Licensing
- DHA-licensed Dental Nurse or DHA eligibility letter.
- Diploma or Degree in Dental Nursing, Dental Assisting, or relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Dental Nurse in the UAE (mandatory).
- Experience supporting multiple specialties (general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implantology) is preferred.

- Excellent knowledge of infection control, sterilization protocols, and chairside assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
