Registered Nurse dental

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Dental Nurse to join our dental team. The ideal candidate must have previous dental clinic experience and strong knowledge of clinical procedures, sterilization protocols, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist dentists chairside during all dental procedures (GP, Endo, Ortho, Surgery, etc.)

Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment according to sterilization and infection control standards

Manage patient flow, ensure comfort, and provide post-operative instructions when necessary

Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation

Handle stock control of consumables and ensure clinics are well-prepared for procedures

Support digital imaging, X-ray processing, and ensure compliance with radiation safety guidelines

Follow health & safety protocols and adhere to clinical quality standards at all times

Support reception and administrative duties when required (appointments, billing, etc.)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of dental nursing experience in a clinical environment

Valid UAE DHA license or eligibility letter as Dental Nurse / Assistant

Training and certification in infection control and radiation safety

Strong communication skills and patient-friendly attitude

Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)

Team-player, reliable, well-organized, and professional appearance

Preferred Skills

Experience with digital dentistry workflows

Knowledge in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Carestream, etc.)

Ability to assist in specialized treatments (implants, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry)
