Registered General Nurse-Home care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, demonstrating patience, understanding, and specialized care techniques that promote comfort, safety, and independence.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and overall health assessment.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers, therapists, and family members.
• Offer specialized support for patients with autism, including behavioral observation, sensory management, and communication strategies tailored to the individual’s needs.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility as needed.
• Educate family members or caregivers on proper care techniques and patient support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, medications, and observations.
• Ensure a safe and supportive home environment that promotes emotional and physical well-being.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and report any concerns to the supervising physician or case manager.

Education: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid state license.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or pediatric/adult care settings.

Special Experience: Proven experience working with patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Pay: QAR3,172.73 - QAR6,000.34 per month
