Registered Nurse

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Reports to: Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse / Physician (depending on setting)

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. In collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, the nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients to ensure the highest quality of patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
• Adhere to infection-control protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required in some settings)
• Clinical experience preferred, depending on the position level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,688.66 per month
