Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatments. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to patient welfare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients about their health conditions and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are met.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
• Supervise junior nursing staff and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license or certification (e.g., RN, LPN, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Nurse or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and treatments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Specialized training or certification in areas like pediatric, geriatric, or critical care nursing.
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or home healthcare setting.
