Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Kozhikode. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns, monitoring patient health, administering medication, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and families about postnatal care and maintaining patient records accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in maternal and newborn care, along with general nursing skills
• Strong clinical skills including patient monitoring, medication administration, and health assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient education and support
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals
• Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state certification and BLS/ACLS certification
• Understanding of healthcare and safety protocols in a hospital setting
• Experience in a birthing center or maternity ward will be an advantage
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach and ability to handle stressful situations
