Minimum 1 Year - 4 Year Experience Needed
Key Responsibilities:
- - Patient Care: Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in the hospital, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and developing patient care plans.
- - Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, including collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- - Leadership: Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- - Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, performance monitoring, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries ¹ ² ³.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing, GNM, BSc, or Post BSc.
- Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) registration is mandatory
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license.
