Registered Nurse (Remote – Night Shift, India)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (B.Sc Nursing, minimum 3 years of corporate hospital experience) to work remotely as part of our patient care team. The nurse will review patient data, communicate with patients online in English, and generate care plans and documentation through an electronic system.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient data and clinical parameters online.
• Communicate with patients in English via phone or online platform.
• Develop and document individualized patient care plans.
• Navigate clinical data and update electronic patient records accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the care coordination and physician team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) – mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience in a corporate hospital setting.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.
• Technical Skills: Ability to work on computers, manage data, and use online health platforms.
• Equipment: Reliable computer/laptop with high-speed broadband connection and a working headset/microphone.
• Work Schedule:

• Night Shift (India Time) corresponding to U.S. Pacific Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Preferred Profile

• Experienced in patient interaction, tele-nursing, or chronic care coordination.
• Comfortable working independently with remote supervision.
• Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
