Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses for 13-week travel assignments across North Carolina. Candidates will provide exceptional patient care in fast-paced hospital settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience and work with some of the top healthcare facilities in the region.


Open Specialties:

We are currently hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple units across North Carolina, including:

  • Medical Surgical
  • Telemetry
  • Progressive Care Unit
  • Intensive Care Unit
  • Emergency Department
  • Labor & Delivery


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in assigned specialty.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and accurately document all interventions in Epic EMR .
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Float to similar units as needed (Med-Surg, Tele, or ED holding areas).
  • Maintain infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
  • Participate in required staff meetings, orientation, and continuing education.


Requirements:

  • Active RN license (Compact or North Carolina).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in your specialty.
  • BLS certification (required); ACLS and specialty certifications (e.g., OCN, PALS, NIHSS) preferred.


Job description:

Registered Nurse | Travel Contract | North Carolina

Location: Wilmington, NC and various facilities across North Carolina

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with extension options)

Shifts: Nights | 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts

Pay Rate: Up to$ 55 to 60 hr.


*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
