Full-Time | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Range:
$33.15 – $47.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 relocation incentive (if eligible)
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Organize and complete patient care with consideration for age, cultural, and psychosocial factors.

Document all steps of the nursing process accurately using proper medical terminology.

Address patient problems and track progress toward goals.

Facilitate timely patient discharge through appropriate referrals and education resources.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Support unit and hospital goals through participation in performance improvement and educational activities.

Exercise independent judgment in planning and decision-making within a complex clinical environment.
Qualifications
Required:
-
ADN or ASN degree from an accredited nursing program.

Valid Oklahoma or multi-state RN license.

BLS certification (current).
-
ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire).

Minimum 6–12 months of RN experience (ER experience strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of disease state management, clinical pathways, and bio-psychosocial models.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred:

Previous Emergency Room experience.
