Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient-care skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and all critical medical equipment.
• Assist physicians during procedures and follow treatment plans accurately.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and maintain complete and accurate documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions when required.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure safety standards in the ICU.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure smooth ICU functioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
• Valid Chhattisgarh Nursing Council Registration (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, ventilator management, and critical care procedures.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Good communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork orientation.
• ACLS and BLS Trained certified.
