Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Multan. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for directly providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient recovery and condition, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Care & Patient Management

Provide direct nursing care, including assessment, vital monitoring, medication administration, and documentation.

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.

Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and clinical hygiene.

Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and examinations.

Ensure timely escalation of any clinical deterioration or safety concerns.
2. Nursing Documentation & Reporting

Accurately record nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR/medical charts.

Maintain proper handover during shift change with comprehensive updates.

Ensure all documentation adheres to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
3. Coordination & Communication
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, pharmacists, allied health) for coordinated patient care.

Provide education to patients and families related to treatment plans and discharge care.

Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Medication & Equipment Management
-
Administer medications safely following the 5 Rights of Medication Administration.

Ensure proper handling and usage of medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, oxygen devices, etc.).

Report equipment malfunction and ensure availability of required supplies.
5. Compliance, Standards & Patient Safety

Adhere to hospital’s nursing protocols, clinical pathway guidelines, and accreditation standards.

Follow infection prevention and control (IPC) practices at all times.

Participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the Code of Conduct.
Qualification & Experience Requirements

Education:
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Mandatory.

License/Certification:
Valid PNC License.

Experience:
0–3 years of clinical experience (fresh BSN graduates may also apply depending on hospital policy).
