Job Title: Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse

Department: Nursing
Reports To: Nursing Supervisor / Ward In-Charge / ICU In-Charge

Job Summary:

The Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate medical records while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital policies
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition regularly
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies
• Maintain patient records, charts, and nursing documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, surgeries, and diagnostic tests
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and families
• Coordinate with doctors, lab, pharmacy, and other departments
• Respond promptly to emergency situations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
