Requirements

Experience

9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

NRP (Required)

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: High Risk Obstetrical Experience (Labor & Delivery or Antepartum)

2 years + High Risk Labor and Delivery or Antepartum

2+ Years of Hospital Experience

Patient Experience Required: Magnesium Sulfate management, preterm labor management

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with High acuity patients preferred

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend – Every other

Shifts will be scheduled to fill vacancies, holiday requirements to be discussed upon interview
