Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

Required Skills/Experience: Screen for less than 2 years or no experience with C-Sections. Screen if intermediate Awhonn only For manager Approval. Skills: Anticoagulants, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Antepartum Care and Procedures, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), Labor and Delivery Management, Circulate for C-section, High Risk Antepartum, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC).

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. Cert: ACLS, BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only. Cert: NRP - AAP, AHA or Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS).

Unit/Facility Details: Transportation: Clinician must have reliable transportation; travel pairs require separate vehicles.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Scheduling: Facility scheduling needs must be met; special requests (e.g., block scheduling, late starts) will not be accommodated.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
