Preferred skills and experience: Pediatric experience preferred. Authorization Forms, Ordering supplies, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, Referrals, Patient Teaching, Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Triage, Recognize signs of abuse

Required credentials: Government issued photo ID. Drivers License/State ID.

Shift & schedule requirements: Ability to work the substantial time of the assigned shift. Ability to take call. Ability to work assigned weekends. Ability to work at least 50 percent of the holidays that occur during the contract.

Floating requirements: Floating is mandatory – all travelers must float, including as Patient Observers (Sitters).

Special request requirements: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission – no exceptions.

Unit and facility details: Clinic Triage for Autism and Neurodevelopmental clinic. Will be triaging phone calls.
