Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Hospice experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required skills and experience: Previous nursing experience needed

Required credentials: State issued photo ID or state issued Drivers License required to be current at time of start. Photo ID must be submitted to clients for identification verification.

Shift & schedule requirements: M-F and call Sat and Sun is every 5th weekend plus one week night.

Special request requirements: Able to drive own vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance.
