Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Level III or IV NICU hospital experience. Children’s hospital experience.

Required Credentials: Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. Education Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Preferred Credentials: COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.

Special Requests: Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved.

Shift & Scheduling: On Call: Yes. Start Date 01/05/2025 End Date 03/28/2025. Days and Nights Available 7a – 7p & 7p – 7a Shift will be decided in the interview.

Floating Requirements: Require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICU. This assignment will float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations: Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 / Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308.
