Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

PCU (Cardio-Pulmonary)

Required Credentials: Must pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available in Simplify Library).

Preferred Credentials: 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting. Critical Care Course.

Special Requests: No travel pairs/teams accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend/major holiday required.

Floating Requirements: May float to other units to help with stepdown patients.
