Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Dubai

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home environment
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and IV therapy as ordered
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and care techniques
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
• Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and families
• Participate in on-call rotation as required (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care or hospice preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Salary
8000 AED - 8500 AED
