🔍 Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Nurse to provide occupational health services and ensure workplace safety. The role involves delivering first aid, managing employee health records, supporting wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees when required.
• Manage workplace injuries and coordinate further medical treatment.
• Maintain accurate health records and employee medical files .
• Support health and wellness programs (vaccinations, health checks).
• Monitor and report workplace health hazards.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training .
• Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations.
• Maintain medical supplies and first aid kits.
• Assist during workplace inspections or audits.

🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing ( Registered Nurse ).
• Valid nursing license.
• Experience in occupational health or industrial settings preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations.

🛠 Skills Required

• First Aid and emergency response.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.

📜 Required Certifications for License

• BLS – Basic Life Support
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Trauma Care Certification (ITLS, PHTLS, or equivalent)

📌 Experience Requirement

• BSc Nursing: Minimum 3 years (without gap).
• GNM Nursing: Minimum 4 years (without gap).

📝 Additional Requirements

• Pearson Vue Exam clearance.
• Dataflow Report or Payment Receipt & Policy Clearance.
• Dataflow report must include complete education and experience details.
• Valid Medical Council Registration Certificate must be attached.
