Position: Registered Nurse

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000

Location: MyCare HQ – Business Bay & Various Locations

Reporting To: Nursing Supervisor, Nursing Operations Manager, Medical Director

Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse will provide safe, high-quality, and

patient-centered nursing care in patients’ homes in accordance with

DHA regulations and MyCare Home Healthcare clinical standards.

The role requires professionalism, clinical competence, compassion,

and the ability to deliver premium home-based healthcare services,

including nursing visits, long-term care, and specialized nursing

procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care

● Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop

individualized care plans

● Provide home nursing services including but not limited to:

○ Home Nursing Care (General, skilled and complex care)

○ Medication administration (oral, IM, SC, IV as per scope)

○ IV therapy and cannulation, ECG skills

○ Wound care and dressing changes

○ Catheter care and stoma care

○ Injection administration and infusion therapy

● Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising

nurse or physician

● Escalate emergencies and clinical risks according to MyCare

escalation protocols

Documentation & Compliance

● Maintain accurate, timely, and complete nursing documentation

● Ensure informed consent, confidentiality, and patient rights are

upheld

● Comply with DHA regulations, infection control standards, and

internal SOPs

Patient Experience

● Deliver compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive care

● Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and

home safety

● Maintain a professional appearance and uphold MyCare’s

premium service standards

Team & Operations

● Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, and care

coordinators

● Attend mandatory trainings, audits, and performance reviews

● Support quality improvement initiatives and patient feedback

programs

Requirements:

Required Experience

● Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred)

● Home healthcare experience preferred (hospital experience

acceptable)

● Experience in long term home nursing care, wellness IV

therapy, wound care is an advantage

Mandatory Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

● Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or DHA Eligibility Letter

● Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

● Good command of English (Arabic or other languages is an

advantage)

● Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation

skills

● Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

● Professional conduct, ethical practice, with warmth and vibrant

personality and patient-first mindset
