Registered Nurse

We are seeking a licensed Home Care Nurse to provide in-home wound care services for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. The nurse will assess wounds, perform sterile dressing changes, monitor healing progress, and educate patients and caregivers on proper wound care and infection prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wound assessments and document size, depth, drainage, and healing progress
• Clean, dress, and redress wounds using sterile technique
• Apply appropriate wound care products (gauze, hydrocolloids, alginates, compression dressings, etc.)
• Monitor for signs of infection or complications and report concerns promptly
• Administer prescribed topical medications related to wound care
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, hygiene, and prevention of complications
• Maintain accurate clinical records within the app after each visit
• Follow physician orders and established care plans
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety during all procedures

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• Proven experience in wound care and dressing changes
• Knowledge of infection control and sterile procedures
• Ability to work independently in home settings
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps and digital documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in wound care
• Experience in home healthcare or community nursing
• Familiarity with chronic wounds (diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
