Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site role in Kozhikode. The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and provide support to patients and their families. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating care with doctors and other healthcare professionals, assisting during treatments or procedures, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The role requires a compassionate approach and strong communication to uphold the exceptional service standards that define care at Motherhood.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, including monitoring, assessing, and meeting the individual health needs of women and children
• Experience with administration of medications, conducting medical procedures, and maintaining detailed patient records
• Strong skills in communication, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Knowledge of healthcare safety standards, infection control, and emergency response protocols
• Valid Nursing License and a degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle diverse patient needs with sensitivity
• Prior experience in maternal and childcare or pediatric healthcare is a plus
