Registered Nurse

The Tolstoy Foundation Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking experienced Full time, Part time & perdiem RN's for all shifts

the ideal candidate ;

• must possess a valid license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New York.
• have at least 1 years of experience in long term and /or sub acute setting
• completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
• possess the ability to recognize changes in a resident’s condition and make assessment of those changes appropriately.
• is required to collect data, document and communicate with residents, families, physicians and consultants.
• assumes a leadership role in emergencies such as fire, medical, evacuation or loss of essential services;
• has the ability to train/supervise/counsel/coach subordinate staff
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: From $52.00 per hour
