Required Skills/Experience: CVPICU or PICU. Must have 2 years of experience in a pediatric hospital. Must have experience from a 30-bed or greater PICU. Cardiovascular, Hemodynamic monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line management, Arterial line management, Renal /Genitourinary, Infectious Disease, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Medications/Emergency Medications, Continuous Sedation, IV vasopressors, Pediatric Dosage Calculations, Respiratory, Management of Chest Tubes, Assist/manage intubation, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Care of Ventilated Patient, Care/maintenance of acute airway, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Tracheostomy care, Ventilator Management, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)

Preferred Skills/Experience: ECMO (will not be responsible for running ECMO circuit), Mechanical Support (VADs), Congenital Heart Disease/Repair, Post Cardiac catheterization, Post cardiac surgery, Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD), Starting and maintaining IVs. Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)

Required Credentials: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Drivers License/State ID

Floating Requirements: Will float to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed.
