Required Skills/Experience: Needs strong inpatient hospital experience, Inpatient, Bipolar disorder, Depressive disorders, Psychotic disorders, Schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, Suicidal behavior, Antianxiety medications, Antidepressants, Antipsychotics, Medication administration, Mood stabilizers, Blood glucose monitoring, Interpretation and communication of lab values, Cardiac arrest/CPR, Physical hold protocols, Voluntary/involuntary commitment, Behavior management techniques, Crisis intervention, Managing assaultive behavior, Psychoeducation

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge, Locked unit, Medical/Psych, Anxiety disorders, Assault/violence, Personality disorders, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Self-injurious behavior, Substance use, Starting and maintaining IVs, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Wound care/dressing changes

Required Credentials Attach Nursys when submitting (pulled within the last 2 weeks).

Special Requests Any block scheduling or special schedule requests must be made on the submittal email and discussed in the interview. Any request made after the offer is accepted or onsite will not be accepted by unit manger.

Shift & Scheduling Weekend REQ: Every other weekend.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
