ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to.

Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Reading basic tele strips, some experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA and TIA.

• RN’s are required to interpret strips and sign at least once a shift.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirement 2 weekends per 4-week schedule. Every other weekend

• Holiday Requirement For Christmas, New Years, and Thanksgiving, I like them to work 2 days and 1 eve or 2 eves and a day (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day)

• Call or Standby Requirement No

Floating Requirements: They may float to East Campus, and possibly PCU if qualified.
