Job Summary

Gonad Health Qatar is seeking a compassionate and licensed Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a professional healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will assist physicians, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and support overall patient well-being while ensuring compliance with healthcare and safety standards.

Registered Nurses are responsible for delivering patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and supporting treatment plans in clinical or hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and recovery progress
• Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families about treatments and aftercare
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and healthcare protocols
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for patient care planning
• Prepare medical equipment and ensure clinical areas are properly maintained
• Respond to patient concerns and provide compassionate support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Valid nursing license (QCHP/MOPH license or eligibility preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical or hospital experience preferred
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospital, clinic, or outpatient settings
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Experience working in GCC healthcare environments
• DataFlow and Prometric certification completed (advantage)

Pay: QAR100.00 - QAR400.00 per hour
