Job Summary
A reputed hospital in Qatar is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure comfort and safety, and contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient clinical environment in line with hospital standards and Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe handling techniques
- Measure, monitor, and accurately record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Support patients with feeding and monitor intake/output as directed
- Respond promptly to patient needs and call bells
- Assist nursing staff with basic clinical procedures and patient preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms, beds, and equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes
- Transport patients within the hospital for tests and procedures
- Provide emotional support and maintain patient dignity and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate documentation as per hospital policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from a recognized institution
- Valid Qatar MoPH license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (mandatory/preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
