Unit Details: Nurse/patient ratios: At most 1:5 (mostly 1:3). Adult psych and detox population with common diagnoses including alcohol use disorder, polysubstance use, alcohol detox, depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. IVs and physical restraints are rarely used on this unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Days or nights; 7-7 or 19-07. Every other weekend. Every other holiday. No self-scheduling. Flexible scheduling. No call.
