Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Laser Treatment Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and effective laser treatments in a professional studio environment. This role combines clinical care with customer service, ensuring clients receive high-quality treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working directly with clients in an aesthetic treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with all treatment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent client-centered service by clearly explaining treatment processes, expectations, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the studio team to achieve performance goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with light cleaning, administrative duties, and general studio support to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Participate in required training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain current and valid professional licensing and credentials.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the primary studio location.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduling needs evolve.
• Ability to sit for extended periods (up to one hour at a time).
• Ability to lift 10 pounds or more repeatedly.
• Comfort working directly with and treating the human body in a clinical aesthetic setting.
• Strong wrist dexterity and hand strength to operate laser equipment and standard office equipment.
• Visual ability to assess client skin conditions while operating laser equipment.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Must meet all employment eligibility requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience performing laser treatments or working in an aesthetic or dermatology setting.
