How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Drive Clinical Vision: Design, implement, and oversee nursing program activities, serving as the go-to resource for clinical standards and departmental policy.

Champion Patient Care: Develop and document comprehensive therapy programs and care plans, ensuring every intervention is executed with precision and compassion.

Empower the Frontline: Support and potentially supervise nursing staff, providing the mentorship and direction necessary to maintain a high-performing clinical environment.

Optimize Resources: Proactively identify and secure the specialized equipment and resources required to meet physician orders and patient needs.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following required:
-
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- 5+ years inpatient experience

Ideal candidate will be comfortable fielding cross cover calls from nurses at night and work to triage situations that don't need to be escalated to the MD.
